ADAM / GM RIM Overview & Enrollment

GM RIM Enrollment Form

	Purpose:
	As a GM DCS Certified provider, we are proud to announce an additional service to our GM customers. ADAM Systems has completed approval to offer RIM dealers electronic integration with the ADAM Parts Inventory System. The purpose of this interface is to save time for our customers so they can, in turn, focus on their customers. To enroll for this great new feature, please complete the areas indicated below and fax to 251-626-6198. For questions, feel free to call 800-331-2326 and ask for DCS Support.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in GM RIM and completed all GM RIM mandatory classes. To confirm, call your local GM Parts Rep for verification.
ADAM Parts Version 3.0.92 (or better) - To confirm, call 800-331-2326.
Windows 2000, XP, Server 2000, or Server 2003.
One (1) GB Memory available on server.
High Speed Internet.
Internet Access Enabled. The dealer's firewall/router must be enabled to allow the necessary Internet traffic for this interface.

Ports HTTPS 30100 and HTTP 6080 will be utilized for GM RIM and its activation may require your network provider's assistance. Please note that the GM RIM interface will not work until this port is enabled.

	Interfaces:
	All GM RIM required interfaces between the ADAM Parts System and GM DCS are included. These consist of the initial one-time full inventory submission, the nightly submissions of all transactions and more. All interfaces have been produced with the user in mind to save time and reduce keying errors.

Monthly - Based upon network size. Starting at $80 per month.
